Very friendly landlord Ravi, helped me out by even driving me to the office when the wireless pinpads wer not working for my rent payment.
We lived with Avenue Living for two years and had a great experience. Their customer service was excellent they always answered calls promptly and handled any tenant challenges effectively. Vincent and Myles the manager, helped us get settled, and overall, our experience was very good.
Very poor service. We signed a lease two months in advance for a January 1 move-in. On December 11, Avenue Living told us the apartment would no longer be available because the current tenants were not moving out—even though we had already transferred utilities and booked furniture. They forced us to view another unit we didn’t like and then told us we had to take it at a higher price. The manager Myles was rude and unprofessional. I have 1 star due to the shear lack of empathy they have for potential renters. If it were possible I'd give zero stars for the zero times they made an effort to show up for viewings. On two separate occasions they failed to show up or even get back to me. I am usually a nice person so I waited and waited, until I had waited an hour on top of the 10 minutes I wasted being early to make a good impression.
