Avenue living took over the place where I am living and it has been an absolute disaster since they took over. Impossible to get a hold of... Take the wrong amount of rent and then blame you for it "being late". Now after paying rent that they increased I get a random text message saying I owe them $3000 and nobody will tell me what it's for. If you want nothing but problems with a company then Avenue living is the one for you.
I will never rent from them again!! The building I was in was infested with coaches and people kept breaking into the cars and mailboxes. When I moved out they tried to charge an administration fee for leaving
My experience with Avenue Living has been nothing short of a nightmare, and if I could give them zero stars, I would.
