Continuous mice and pest problems. Constant cockroach issues. Terrible property and building. Complaints are not taken seriously. Constant garbage is also left on the lawn, had to call numerous times to get them to partially pick up the trash. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM.
Evan was great. Quick, efficient and did a wonderful repair job on our worn out step. We had repair work done before and his work is always tops.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Classic bait-and-switch operation. I drove an hour to view a rental suite listed on their website for $969 + utilities—a price and availability I explicitly confirmed with them over the phone just the day before. When I arrived, a representative named Shrey (who claimed to be the manager,he is not) told me the suite at that rate was unavailable, but showed me a higher-priced unit instead. If zero stars were an option, I’d still be looking for a lower rating. Absolutely ridiculous property management. They have no problem making sure rent gets collected, but when tenants need an actual response or a problem properly fixed, suddenly nobody seems to know how communication works. Our ceiling has been leaking AGAIN every time we get heavy rain. This isn’t even a new problem. We reported the same issue LAST YEAR.
