Фото предоставляют одни, а по приезду на место оказывается совсем другая недвижимость, грязная, вонючая и по другой цене. We moved units specifically because of ongoing noise issues, and it cost us quite a bit to do so. Unfortunately, we’re still being woken up at night due to problems with the structure of the unit. It’s happening often enough that it’s affecting our sleep again. We have yet to have any help in resolving this issue. It's violating our quiet enjoyment of our place and causing serious distress. Management still has no solutions for us and we are quite disappointed.
Living with Avenue Living has been very frustrating. For 6 months, I’ve complained about neighbours leaving their door open while cooking, causing strong smells to enter my unit and make it uncomfortable to live in. On top of that, this building only has one washer and dryer. The washer was out of service for a whole month, then replaced with another one that broke within a week and still hasn’t been fixed. I’ve called and made complaints multiple times, but there has been no follow-through. Very disappointing management.
They claim to cater to low income families but yet didn’t accept my husband and I to live at their property, Merle Manor. They made us wait for 4 days to find out that we were rejected because they had done a credit check on us. This is not acceptable.
