I recently needed maintenance help in the apartment at Wood Lily Court. The guy that comes out is fantastic. I had a paint issue and it needed to be painted back up. I did the patching and the sanding and got it ready. I gave the maintenance guy my color chip to match and boom! It matches perfectly. Great idea, great support, great problem solving skills. Did a lease takeover and was assured my credit card would not be charged for the month that the new tenant took over. Of course, my credit card was charged my old rent of $1,100+. Absolute joke. If you want to borrow money like this from me, you better pay me interest with what you owe me! *Edit: In total, it took 19 days for me to receive my refund. No rush Avenue Living...it's just $1,100+ of someone else's money that they don't have access to. And obviously, no interest paid because doing something positive to turn the ex... read more

Never would live there if I had too the old landlords were whonderful lost my deposit never did any renovations just took my deposit carpet was bad walls crumbling but they wouldn’t give my deposit plus interest after three years of not living there with them having my account to take the money out they have not given me anything when living there fifteen years
