The experience has been great. Especially since we reside in Ontario. Sumeet (our property manager) has been amazing- a true friend, guide and professional. We could only get this done because of him. The apartment is old but well kept and big & spacious. Thank you Avenue Living...Thank you Sumeet.
Delivered on time as promised! The apartment was handed over exactly on schedule and in clean condition. The rent is affordable, the neighborhood is good, and the overall environment is calm and quiet—perfect for peaceful living. I also want to specially mention Mr. Sumeet, the rental manager. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire moving process and supported us in many ways. His professionalism and guidance made everything smooth and stress-free.
I submitted online maintenance work request on Friday morning for bedroom ceiling light was gone off. I wait for 3 business days to complete it. But it’s not. When I called again on Wednesday morning, one of the employee of avenue living customer representative said that fixing of light issues is not considered as emergency. I said you don’t consider it an emergency but have to consider it in top most priority. I have 1 bedroom, hall and kitchen apartment. Poor service, dirty, cockroach Infestation they will not get rid of, just an all out terrible place to live especially for the pricing.
