I love our new apartment in Eastgate Manor. Of course there were a few bumps and wrinkles to iron out, but Sumeet is definitely the best! I've had no issues with the maintenance requests and the people who address the concerns over the phone have been great to work with. I will say that the maintenance people aren't the smartest, but Sumeet always has my back and gets things done quickly. Thanks Sumeet, I'm extremely glad to have you on my side.
Good prices and an easy process
Very nice and friendly management team ( Sumeet was great) they got me in an apt right way! Highly recommend!
You guys really need to work on your maintenance team or else just hire a new team because the current maintenance team seems to be not good enough as a matter of fact I think they don't want to do their job I have placed an emergency work order which I was told by one of the avenue leaving representatives that the guy will be over here within 24 hours and it's been two day's no one ever showed up and there is water leaking in our washbasin which has now started to damage the furniture in the bathroom this particular problem... read more
