I rented at soho manor for a year. No mention of coach roach infestation or water damage issues when signing the lease. Got to discover these on my own. Friend of mine is finishing a lease in secord. We’ve been with Avenue Living for a year, and when we heard bigger units were available, Amal went above and beyond. He made us a priority, was extremely accommodating, and handled everything with professionalism and care. Highly recommend booking a viewing with him! I’ve been living in an Avenue Living apartment for over two years now, and it’s been a great experience. Christine King, the Residential Portfolio Manager, is fantastic to work with. She’s very proactive and always resolves any issues promptly. The handyman at Avenue Living is also amazing! He’s been very helpful, kind, and great to deal with. I would definitely recommend Avenue Living in Edmonton. Thumbs up!
This week my internet had gone out. I called my internet provider and they were not able to diagnose the issue and had to schedule an appointment. I then called the Avenue Living resident line to schedule to have someone come at 6pm the next day to let the technician into the maintenance room. On the day of the appointment, the Technician was there, after many texts were exchanged confirming my appointment.
