My family live in a rental townhouse in avenue living Hooke rd. We are having some issues with celling damage. From the hired roofing company that did work recently for the rental units. But a hard working property maintenance worker named Sonny is a witness, to what was before and after. He is a great help! He is understanding, friendly and professional. Thanks

I live in Avenue Living properties twice - 1. Shannon Villa apartment and 2. Huntington Hill Townhouse. Experience in Shannon villa was not bad, but the location is one of the worsts in Edmonton. Experience in Huntington was awful. They want to make the property for ONLY white people. They harassed me by saying that they received multiple complaints about loud noise that came from our TV.
