The check in process for new move in is pretty good at Avenue Living. Ayantu was very professional and showed around the place on our first day.

After putting a request for a viewing, I was bombarded with 6 calls within a few hours from 2 different people and multiple emails from 2 different companies to book a viewing. I took one of the calls and booked and continued to get calls and emails to book a viewing. I showed up for the viewing early as there was 2 buildings at the location and called the number on the appointment confirmation to figure out where to meet Ayantu Amente. I moved into a unit with AL last November. The property managers at that time were amazing. Never had an issue. Until now, all new staff and all new property managers who have no care or any clue on what they are doing. It's an absolute nightmare. I received a massive rental increase in August, due to the amount it was arranged with the previous property manager that I could transfer units to keep the costs of my rent down. Great!!
