This property management community is not professional at all. Gave us appointments, no instructions, no phone number to contact the agent, they do not show up neither call you to update you. They are just a joke.
I had an appointment with Bessem at Glenmore townhouse at 3:15pm I reached before 15 minutes I called his several time he doesn’t pick up his phone just waited more than one hour and I left maybe he saved me from something because I know the results when there is misleading management.
Our building was owned by Minto before about 4 months ago Avenue Living came in and bought it. After taking ownership, they lost my credit card information with no real worry on their side "I'm sure it got thrown out" was the response I received. When our lease came up for renewal (Minto would have reached out 6 months earlier with a offer) Avenue living on the other hand increased our rent 10x more then Minto ever did. We can not afford the rent now and are soon to be homeless with no worry from Avenue living. They actually... read more
