I would not recommend living at Pinnacle by Avenue Living. During the year we lived there, it was one issue after another, and the management was very disappointing. Security was one of our biggest concerns. There were multiple thefts from the underground garage, homeless people were able to get into the building, and at one point someone parked in our assigned underground parking stall without a permit. Thought was a nice place turned out. Alot of destruction from neighbor kids with little to zero dobe by managment, smashed windows, dumpster fires, theft, late night noise. When fleeing domestic abuse managment punished me for moveing out by refusal to rent in another property anywerebowned by avenue, legal action taken agianst me for breaking lease early. Due to me leaveing the abuser who remained in rental was offered lower rent and incentives leaveing me feeling like was the bad guy for fleeing domestic with my children. ... read more
