Wow! The second I arrived for a viewing I was sitting in the waiting room and a resident came in with a pest problem. He was immediately told to contact customer service...which I thought building management would at least help and look into first. This property management community is not professional at all. Gave us appointments, no instructions, no phone number to contact the agent, they do not show up neither call you to update you. They are just a joke.
I had an appointment with Bessem at Glenmore townhouse at 3:15pm I reached before 15 minutes I called his several time he doesn’t pick up his phone just waited more than one hour and I left maybe he saved me from something because I know the results when there is misleading management.
