I am totally impressed by the professionalism and caring attitude from our Property Manager Michael Gbadamosi. He is a pleasure to interact with and wonderful human being that really does well managing a very busy and challenging job. He is extremely helpful and friendly.
Update: I have been requesting viewings to other places that specifically say "small and large dogs accepted." Clearly they don't have a database or they don't check that I have already been rejected due to my dog, cause they keep calling me, 3-4 times now to book a viewing. Again, don't say on your listings you accept large dogs when you clearly don't. Also, check if maybe you've contacted this person before calling them over and over again. Ridiculous. Bad experience and haven't even got to view one of their townhomes. On their listing and further information, pets and fees are negotiable upon meeting with the animal. I booked a viewing but their call center said they can't even meet with me and my dog now as his breed is not accepted in any of their units, even though he is a calm well behaved dog. I understand breed restrictions but i believe his breed isn't one of the common breeds in Calgary with restrictions, so it felt like a bait and switch. After I was told I had t... read more
