Continuous mice and pest problems. Constant cockroach issues. Terrible property and building. Complaints are not taken seriously. Constant garbage is also left on the lawn, had to call numerous times to get them to partially pick up the trash. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM.
If zero stars were an option, I’d still be looking for a lower rating. Absolutely ridiculous property management. They have no problem making sure rent gets collected, but when tenants need an actual response or a problem properly fixed, suddenly nobody seems to know how communication works. Our ceiling has been leaking AGAIN every time we get heavy rain. This isn’t even a new problem. We reported the same issue LAST YEAR. Отвратительная работа агентства! Не рекомендую обращаться!!! Обманывают на каждом этапе выбора дома. Фото предоставляют одни, а по приезду на место оказывается совсем другая недвижимость, грязная, вонючая и по другой цене. Сколько ни спрашивали почему они отнимают наше время и не указывают в переписке хотя б часть реального описания объекта, только плечами пожимают, ну мол, давайте вам покажем другие. Each year you renew the contract they raise it by 450 or 350 at most. They recently charged me 2,100 dollars for the same three rooms, a bathroom, a useless basement, liquid running through all the windows of all the rooms, and black mold in the bathroom.
