Each year you renew the contract they raise it by 450 or 350 at most. They recently charged me 2,100 dollars for the same three rooms, a bathroom, a useless basement, liquid running through all the windows of all the rooms, and black mold in the bathroom.
DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE!! Biggest regret is moving into an avenue living home. You will encounter cockroaches, bedbugs and rats within the first week of your stay!!!!!! The landlord did not spray my furniture before I moved out and I’m guessing he kept it for himself. God bless this city because we have people like you infesting it!!!!!
I don’t recommend anyone to live in this company they are such a liar company
