Avenue J review: I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Avenue J and would not recommend their services based on how my order was handled. On 1/27/26, I dropped off my daughter’s dance team jacket and backpack to be embroidered. The initial interaction was pleasant, we discussed the design, I chose the colors, paid in full, and was told everything would be ready by 2/6/26. I was also told I would receive a sample beforehand.
