Don't recommend in this luxury apartments , drugs, non-stop police, breakins, bad noise levels, remote locks/ alowed thefts, while management likes minorities only
I’ve been living at Avenue Grand since they opened in 2021. In my 5 years here, the maintenance team have been quick to respond, greeted with a smile and care to make the best comfortable home possible. The office staff greet you with a smile and are helpful to answer any questions, big or small at a moments notice. For anyone looking to find a new home without the hassle to worry about yard work or cleaning a pool, having friendly neighbors and have pride of where you live, this is the place for you!
Very nice place to live- convenient location, quiet, safe, responsive maintenance (clogged drain) parking good- rules are enforced!
I can't wait to call this place my new home! Dymond was amazing on my tour, answered all my follow up questions and made the application process a breeze! Update: Excited I will finally be calling this place home!! Working with Dymond has been an absolute joy :)
