When looking for a local business that not only provides professional and friendly service but also top notch products a shout out is necessary. Avenue Florist on South St.along with Terri running the operation provided the best in those categories. Made a visit to plan for a surprise 12th Wedding Anniversary gift of Red Roses.Terri may me feel very welcome and I knew the Roses I requested to be delivered would be perfect. And they were and my wife is happy. And so, I am happy.

I ordered a large bouquet for my daughter. What she received is no where near the size nor quality of what was pictured. When i tried to contact customer service online. I had the option of a refund or a re delivery . I chose redelivery . It was never received ! Very irritated . I would not have ordered from them and even upgraded the order to receive such a poor arrangement . , than a poor resolution for my issue. Ava’s flower shop !
