I can not recommend aVenue Event Group enough. Charlton and Chloe were an amazing team to work with. They made sure our event went flawless, had the best ideas, and were very easy to work with. They did not only feel like an extension of my company's event team, but great friends I got to plan and enjoy an event with. I don't ever plan on throwing a large event without them by my side again.
Chloe and Gina were fantastic to work with! We were working with another key contact, Janney, but she left, and Chloe and Gina stepped up to the plate immediately. They were on top of everything and took charge of things that needed to be still planned out. We hosted 3 different events in 3 cities, and they were able to help from start to finish making the transition smooth for our team. It's been a pleasure working with the Avenue Planning Group but couldn't have done it without the help of Chloe and Gina!

Charlton and Gina were great to work with. They communicated effectively, were courteous and professional, and worked hard to make sure my event went off without a hitch. They went to bat with the venue for us, helped us keep costs down where we needed, and treated my clients like they were their own. If you need an on-the-ground production team in Orlando, or need help putting on any event, I cannot recommend them enough.
