Nice office and friendly (very extroverted!) staff — scheduling was easy. Unfortunately, I was told I needed a deep cleaning, and dealing with the estimate turned into a frustrating experience. Most of the estimate was denied by my insurance, after waiting 8 weeks for it to arrive in the mail. It appears they either overcoded and/or didn’t provide enough documentation to justify treating 4+ teeth per quadrant - I found out later that this is commonly denied without strong evidence of need (D4341).
