Fair warning.. I got pulled the bait and hostage with them. I'll explain what that is for you... I had contacted them by phone for a screen replacement told them the model phone type, and was given a price...I came to the store with the phone I again described, paid the deposit, then was told it be ready next day. They called back on the date it was to be ready, then said it wasn't ready but the next day, not pleased, for I needed my phone at work.
