Would give zero stars if I could. Highly recommended by ChatGPT & reviews for using close to OEM parts, but when I called they refused my business saying that I don’t trust them, only bc I’m requesting OEM or a high quality aftermarket replacement side window that is close to factory & match the same shade? Very questionable & seems shady. I rarely write negative reviews but the obviously don’t deliver what they promise. Got a crack in my windshield of my specialized fiat abarth after a weekend cruise with friends. Other 'big name' glass repair shops told me they couldnt source a windshield for me. Reached out to Avenue and spoke with Salim. He was extremely helpful and was able to source a new windshield within days. Replacement went well. Customer service from Salim was top notch.
Staff were very friendly and efficient, getting the insurance claim and repairs done quickly on a windshield chip. You can't go wrong with them.
Very efficient & responsive 'Avenue Auto Glass' repair shop. Just phoned Salim on Saturday before noon & within 2 hours after we drop off the car, the broken glass was beautifully fixed & car also well vacuumed. Amazing job for Salim & his team. Thank you for the job well done!
