My son and I visited Avenue Auto in Oshkosh Wisconsin in our search for my son’s first vehicle. Being on a limited budget, and having felt pressured from other dealership sales persons, I must admit I went into the visit feeling a little bristled. Our experience was very positive. Our salesperson, Gafa (sp?), was very professional. Not only that, he demonstrated extensive knowledge of the vehicle, showed us where the hidden hood latch was located and explained the car's special features. He allowed us to examine all areas of our concern with this model then let us test drive it to the highway. Therefore, we were able to check for engine pickup, uneven steering, and any vibration. Such a pleasant and refreshing buying experience at Avenue Auto. They even took our trade in, which was a seamless experince. They kept it convenient for us. Gafa and Derek were great to work worth. They were down to earth, kind, experienced, educated and more. We would definitely buy from them again, but hopefully we won't be looking for awhile.

Avenue Auto provided a positive car buying experience. The car dealer Gafa was very thorough with every detail of the vehicle. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle and it made it easier to make a decision. The car fax was voluntarily provided and I'm very happy with my purchase.
