Extremely disappointed. The office staff does nothing even after several complaints from multiple people. For the past 3-4 months, 2 new tenants have moved into our building. They have modified car exhausts which violates Jacksonville city code and Florida State Statute 316.272. The cars are so loud they literally vibrate the floor when started. Sleep and peace is no longer an option here. Filing a complaint with Sheriffs Office…..
These apartments are a joke!!! Do not waste your time!!! Roaches, Rats, running around everywhere, at first gate was always broken, now there is no gate at all!! All they care about is how many new tenants they can get to move in, More money for them. those females in the office are horrible!!! Anyssa has a very bad attitude , she was the worst female to deal with!! She has a big mouth talking trash
The maintenance team is amazing. They are fast and resolutive, Victor is always prestative and always available for solving our maintaince issues.

Noisy grey mustang car near building 8. It sounds like explosion when started and scares my children when out walking. Please help with the obnoxious car. Update- Gray mustang car still starting engine at all hours of the day. Vibrate my apartment and keep my family awake at night. I don’t understand why person is allowed to have such noisy car.
