Clearly not in it to help people out. We need dentist that are actually there to help and not keep turning me away and who knows who else they keep turning away I've been turned away twice now and been suffering in pain for 6 months. Either help next time I call or seriously why are you in business. Idc if your scheduling isnt open or if you have new management I was told to call today to the midtown location and they keep turning me away. Where can I go that will actually help and doesn't cost thousands?????
Great service staff is welcoming
I was with Avenue 360 since 2021, but I recently decided to leave, largely due to Toni Jackson (NP) at the SW location. She's currently the only provider available there, and I can't stress enough how uncomfortable I felt being under her care and distrustful of her not violating my privacy rights as a patient. My interactions with her were by far the worst experiences I've had with any medical professional.
