The service from the whole team from start to finish was second to none. The reception team were very welcoming and the attention to detail from the doctors was perfect as well. I was well looked after when I underwent my hair transplant process and the aftercare that followed just showed how much they cared about you. I recently had a minor surgical procedure to remove a lesion, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The appointment ran exactly on time, and I was in and out within half an hour, which was really impressive. I am very happy with my experience at Aventus. After careful evaluation of my hair loss, the surgeon advised me to have a FUT as opposed to FUE, even though Aventus does not offer FUts. Aventus subsequently emailed me the links to two clinics offering FUTs that they recommend.
Visited today for minor procedure. You were all fantastic. The reception staff inc. Hannah were so warm, friendly amd helpful. My doctor, Dr Lauay and his trusted assistant Natasha were amazing. Really put me at ease, professional, calm and ensured I had total trust in them. Thank you all very much, Would 100% recommend these guys xxx
