I give them starts because I am happy with Dr. Grabois. However, I care about my time and I do not have the time to sit for an hour in the lobby. They need to schedule appointments with enough time so patient don’t have to wait for over an hour passed their appointment time. Today I left because I wasn’t willing to wait again for over an hour with my bladder full because they didn’t know how to make the schedules. Dr.Mitchell Grabois is beyond reproach in his knowledge & professionalism while still being very approachable..
