I had an emergency appointment today at Aventura OBGYN Advance and Care on Biscayne Boulevard, and my experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment they helped me schedule the appointment to the time I left, the entire team was professional, attentive, and caring. Dr. Claudia Pérez was truly amazing very professional, dedicated, and kind. No respect for people's time. Receptionist tried to be nice by lying. She told us to wait. We waited 45 min and the doctor wasn't even there. Please if you make an appointment here do your best to hold them responsible for their appointments and show them the importance of considering people's time
