I scheduled this appointment two weeks ago for 12:45 PM, and on the day of my appointment I received a call informing me that my appointment time had been changed to 11:18 AM on July 13, 2026. With only a few hours’ notice, it was impossible for me to leave work that much earlier. Changing a patient’s appointment by over an hour on the same day is unprofessional and inconsiderate of people’s work schedules and other commitments.
