This is not a user friendly building and it's pathetic that medical offices choose to remain here.The parking spaces are inadequite, very small regardless of whether they are code or not. The elevators are difficult to operate and using them for the first time is a challenge. The only reprentative of management can occasionally be seen in the lobby but she might as well not be there as she is unable to answer questions or assist the patients in any way.
