Had a great experience with Mrs. Denise and Mrs. Eliana on my visit on May 5th. I had no appointment and travelled a long distance. I walked in with my 2 elderly parents with a very distant hope that they could be squeezed in for an evaluation within the week. My father, 83 has hearing aids for 4 years and he has always had trouble with them. They were purchased from a different facility. Excellent care
I have to say that my experience was the polar opposite of what most of these reviews share. I am an individual living with severe and progressive hearing loss. Many years ago I worked with Xavier, he was incredibly knowledgeable but I couldn't help to feel rushed every time I came in for an adjustment. For this reason I started seeing another audiologist about 45 minutes north. As anyone with severe hearing loss can attest to, any minor change with the hearing aid has a huge impact on daily functionality....especially when ... read more
