I had an excellent experience at Hear Again America. The entire process was smooth, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. The front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and made check-in very easy. Eleana Kessler was outstanding, extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. They called me and set an appointment for a checkup. Everything went great on time and after an exam determined I did not need and adjustments. Put in new filters at no charge. I highly recommend The folks at hear center. UPDATE: Went back in and received great service again
