I have been going to this carwash for 2 years now, and although the service isnt the best out there, I havent had a problem with it, until now. I had my car washed yesterday, only to return to my car and discover that my I-pod was missing. Now in order to take my I-pod you actually have to open my glove compartment and disconnect it. I ofcourse told the manager and owner that my I-pod was missing and a full car search began to find the "misplaced" I-pod. Not very pleased with their attitude. Very sloppy work and when I asked for a supervisor, the owner came and dismissed me saying that my car was not good enough for his place. It sure made me feel terrible. NEVER AGAIN.
I think it is very important for me to write this review because I rarely do, and I had the worst car wash experience this past weekend. I usually take my car to Aventura's Finest Hand Car Wash (to both locations-- Aventura and Hallandale). In the past I have experienced a few nuisances, for lack of better words, with this car wash, like missing a rug place mat.
