The front staff has horrible service skills. They are very rude. They couldn’t read a simple extraction order and had an attitude about it although they were the ones who were incorrect about the orders. The time on there door says 11am but our appointment was schedule at 9am. At 9 am the door was still locked, so of course we called to confirm and nothing but attitude was given before the just hung up phone. They take their sweet time for everything. Great experience overall! I went in for a routine cleaning and checkup after putting it off for way too long. The front desk staff was super friendly and got me checked in with zero hassle. The Space: Modern, clean, and comfortable—didn't have that overwhelming "dentist office" smell. The Staff: My hygienist was super gentle, explained everything she was doing, and didn't make me feel guilty about missing a few flossing days. I was super scared and had so much anxiety about my daughter’s first appointment ever. Never had I taken my 5 year old to the dentist (covid baby) and man you can imagine how I was feeling! The dentist and staff WAS AMAZING! Super patient, amazing, caring and even very generous with smiles and perfect attitudes. This visit was amazing and I thank aventura for taking care of my daughter! No cavities or problems so yay! I recommend Aventura dental to the Corpus Christi community 100 percent!
The staff is amazing. They take great care of you and explain every step. They even take adults. They have theme rooms. As an adult itsmakes being in a theme room the experience that much enjoyable. Highly recommend them.
