Staff it’s horrible ! They do not let you go back there with your babies . Receptionists act super super rude . I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place , video games are cool for the kids but everything else sucks . Every time I went in they wanted to say my daughter needed a procedure done , that she had cavities . I went somewhere to get a second opinion and no cavities none !!!
I have been going dentist to dentist in order to find one that put my son's comfort first. After Aventura was suggested to me through a friend, I quickly made an appointment here and I was not disappointed. The wait time was very little which was great for my 3yo son's short attention span, during which the free games and fun super hero theme helped to keep him entertained. The whole experience was pleasant from the day I scheduled the appointment to the actual visit. The staff is friendly and patient. My boys aren’t exactly cooperative when it comes to the dentist so having them understand definitely makes a huge difference. The dentist we saw was absolutely awesome. He was friendly, explained things thoroughly and again was very patient and kind. The waiting area was nothing like I’ve seen before. So kid friendly, clean and spacious.
