We had an appointment yesterday and I received a text saying the time and date of the appointment. It said if I needed to make changes to call and to stop the messages type STOP. I never received a phone call to confirm only the text. We go and show up to our appointments 10 minutes early and I am signing my kids names on the clipboard and the lady looks confused as to why I am there. I told them my children’s names and she asked did you change your phone number? I said no my phone number has been the same the last few years... read more
If you want to wait here all day long then this is your place. Me and sons had an appointment for 11:30 here I sit in the lobby at 4:45 waiting for my son to finish with his cleaning so we could leave I have insurance and have to say if you value your time look elsewhere. Not worth the lobby where half the video games are broken. We used to enjoy this place.
