Absolutely terrible experience. I was charged $300 for a simple diagnostic — total ripoff. The staff was rude and dishonest throughout the entire process. Worst of all, they removed my toolbox from my car without telling me, forgot to put it back, and then called me a day later saying I had to come pick it up myself. No apology, no offer to make it right. This shop has zero professionalism and clearly doesn’t care about their customers. I would never trust them with my vehicle again.
This shop is dishonest and unprofessional. Over the phone and in person I was spoken to very abruptly. I had car parts in my trunk and they were removed. The shop called me later to say they found them in their shop and for me to come and pick it up before close. No offer of delivery and they made it sound like I left it when they took it out. Not good service.
