I don’t usually write reviews, but after the way our tenancy ended, I feel like people deserve the unfiltered version of what it’s like to actually live here. In total we lived here for about 7 years (yikes, I know). Our first unit was on the third floor and had carpet. We later were essentially voluntold to move to a renovated apartment. I just moved here in May and I love it! The staff is so nice, any maintenance issues get fixed quickly, everything is well taken care of. Love how dog friendly it is here too!
Living at Aventura Clear Creek has truly been an amazing experience for us. We’ve been in our cozy 2BHK apartment for a while now, and it really feels like home. The layout is practical and spacious, with plenty of natural light and good airflow, making the space bright and welcoming all year round.
I’ve lived at Aventura for 2 years now and it has been great. The office staff and maintenance are always very helpful and quick to fix any issues I have had! The pool and property are well maintained!
Very clean and responsive apartment complex! Love the staff.
