I saw some bad reviews but my 2 experiences at this tag agency behoove me to give 4 stars. If there were more people available to reduce the wait time on that Weds afternoon I went I would have been close to giving them 5 stars. The rude employee mentioned in the other reviews probably isn't there anymore.
I have been trying to renew my tag for MONTHS and MONTHS AND new to several tag agencies but o was helped by Sebastian who was able to FINALLY HELP ME GET A TAG THANK YOU THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH THIS WAS QUICK EASY AND HE WAS SUPER HELPFUL I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. DONT JUST GO BY REVIEWS EVERYONE’s EXPERIENCE IS DIFFERENT AND I TRULY AM SO GRATEFUL FOR SEBASTIAN ! Made my YEAR!!
I went there on February 21 2025 to change my car plates from New York for the Florida plates and had a form 82042 with the millage and Vin number filled an signed by a Notary public The lady told me I don"t need that I have to go and check your car I said ok she checked the Vin number and the millage and charge me $11.32 I have the bill for Vin verification/OL I went there the next day and question her about this charge and she told me we don't charge for that and she told me that charge is to open an account and I said but... read more

This is the most poorly run business I have ever seen. People working here are so slow and act like they are in no rush to help people.
