I had an excellent experience at Aventura Auto Tag Agency while transferring my title.
They advertise on their services tab that they operate as a driver license office. However, after waiting in line for 40 minutes, I was told they do not provide any driver license services and that I had to go to the DMV instead. This feels like false advertising.

Excellent Service
For being a third party or mid point this agency lacks efficiency. Window 4 is definitely arrogant, rude, careless, and unprofessional. The information they provide is inaccurate among them. No team work or team communication. Their office phone never picks up, and extensions are non existent and they make you drive back and forth for simple queries. This is not anymore convenient than the actual FL DMV.
