I wish I could give this place a better rating because up until now we have enjoyed living here. However I have run out of patience with the lack of communication from the leasing/property manager. It is currently impossible to get anyone call you back let alone answer emails or the phone. I take this behavior as highly unprofessional and disrespectful considering we are residents of 2 years with no missed payments. I live here now and it’s such a let down!
Biggest rip off artists of all time!!! I’m moving to Arizona from Texas in two weeks. I applied because it said all fees waived. They said their website has it where you have to pay to reserve and then they would take it off your first month’s rent. They rejected my application. When I asked for my money back they said it would come in the form of a check (really?) in 21 business days. That doesn’t help me bring out $250 before a costly move!!!! Guess who just reported them to the Arizona Office of the Attorney General
Gail does not want to deal with tenant complaints. My apartment flooded because of a broken pipe on the third floor. Maintenance claimed they did not enter my apartment because I did not authorize access while I was gone. After I returned home maintenance showed up and pushed all of the water out. I called the manager to see if there would be any options of moving to a different unit because of the mildew smell but I did not receive a response. managers are misplaceful, very disrespectful.
Do not move this place. Dude staff. Horrible maintenance. They charge for every little thing. They say 900 a month. More like 1000. Over priced apartments. They claim newly renovated but don't be fooled by the models. Construction going on from 530 am to 930. Appliance and plumbing issues. They must hire people off the street to do the remodeling work. Horrible. There are so many stray cats it's ridiculous. So many dogs barking , neighbors fighting. This place is the worst mistake I made.
