While "right-sizing" can be stressful our experience in moving to Aventura has been very good. The amenities (fitness center, golf simulator, library, etc.) are all top notch! Our neighbors have been so welcoming and the location is excellent, within walking distance of several great restaurants. The Hubbell team (Liz, Matt, Bailey, Ana) have all been great to work with in helping to get us settled.
Very nice 55+ life style.
