I love the people here. We have made so many friends. The common spaces are perfect. Our condo has issues that have not been corrected for two years. I have followed up multiple times with zero results.
While "right-sizing" can be stressful our experience in moving to Aventura has been very good. The amenities (fitness center, golf simulator, library, etc.) are all top notch! Our neighbors have been so welcoming and the location is excellent, within walking distance of several great restaurants. The Hubbell team (Liz, Matt, Bailey, Ana) have all been great to work with in helping to get us settled.
