Joan is amazing. She truly takes her time answering all of our questions & she has such a great & welcoming personality.
Aubree took me on my tour and she was very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions quickly. Showed all the amenities, went over the fading lights and everything in the apartment. I am now one of the newest residents of Aventon Highgrove
The Aventon Highgrove community struck me as an incredibly elegant, peaceful, and modern place to live. However, the highlight of my visit was undoubtedly meeting Ms. Joan Howell. She truly knows how to welcome and guide future residents she is kind, attentive, efficient, and ensures that every detail is taken care of. Moving is stressful in general then add moving from another state is the cherry on top. To say I saw a lot of apartment complexes is an understatement they were all nice some better than others but none had everything I was looking for until Aventon Highgrove. I fell in love the moment I saw the place shown by Aubree Roden. She was great, it didn’t stop there.
