On January 4th, I completed a study. Today is January 15th and I have yet to receive my final pay! This is and was not the only time that I had a problem getting paid! It makes no sense to call the main number. I tried six times last week, during open office hours. Five times no one answered the phone, a message was never returned. Cannot reach anyone. Left a voice ail sent an email 2 weeks ago. Just tried calling again, and once again they did not answer. Not sure how they even get studies?
How this place has a rating so high I have no idea. Ive done multiple studies through the years with them and when youre at the building they're fine, but it is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone and while that was always an issue previously, its way worse now. Ive been trying to get info on a study for 2 weeks; Ive left several voicemails and sent an email. Everytime I try to enroll in study a study I get turned down so I recommend to people not to try and contact this research staff cause most people won't be able to participate
