Houses were absolutely beautiful. However, if I'm going to pay over a million dollars for a home, I would like more privacy and room from my neighbors. Way too close to neighbors and main street. HOA was way too high as well. A bit rediculous and that is why I give it 3 stars.
In development stages to build 4 model homes along 135th street. Nothing yet sold online.
