Horribly staff including prejudice leasing manager Sarah. Place is filled with rodents that they continue to lie about never seeing. Would recommend the grand or exchange
Service From Maintenance Guy Was Amazing HANDS DOWN!!
They were awesome! It was very easy to submit a work order. They came 2 days after and 2 out of 3 orders were done, and they ordered material for the last one. The person who did the job (I think his name was Anthony) was respectful and even gave me a call to give me a summary of what they did. I came home with a note on the door that they came in and also a report for each order that was done. Really satisfied with the work.
I really loved my tour today as I will be renting a 1 bedroom soon. the office staff is SUPER helpful.
