I lived at this apartment for 15 months. At first, the apartment gave me a good impression. Brooke was very helpful and friendly, hence the extra star. However, after our stay, we sent several emails and made multiple calls regarding our final bill, and management refused to respond or rectify the issue. The apartment was average but needed upgrades, from the gym equipment to the home appliances. The hallway on the 4th-floor east entrance smells strongly of dog urine.
