I’ve had a great experience overall with this OB/GYN practice. There’s plenty of parking, and the waiting room is always very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, though there is sometimes a long line to check in, which can be a bit frustrating—especially during busy times. The providers I’ve seen have all been wonderful—knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely interested in answering questions and addressing concerns. The nursing staff is also excellent and supportive. Wow! So I don’t know why everyone else had a bad experience here (due to recent reviews), however, my experience here was pleasant! the front desk lady was SUPER kind, patient AND very helpful. Wait time was not too bad given they had a lobby full of people when we got there. The nurse? she was VERY informative and gave me multiple solutions and answers. Don’t waste your time. My wife’s had a boood transfusion and has to take 2-3 bc a day to not bleed and dr Cleveland refuses to let her get a hysterectomy. Also they won’t allow to swap dr there for another opinion. She’s 26 with 3 kids and I’ve been snipped. All he wants to do is give his opinion that’s she’s too young and keep billing her for follow ups without actually fixing the issue.
