I had to use this credit union to make a cash deposit because it’s part of a co-op with my Louisiana credit union. I’m happy I did because it has its own parking lot, which is rare in the downtown area, and Lane, the teller who assisted me, was friendly and helpful. Not only was it simple and easy to complete the cash deposit, but she also offered to look up whether or not I can make cash deposits using their ATM machine. I would definitely recommend being part of this credit union because of their customer service.

Update: they have cut the time down from 45 minutes to 30. It's also nice to see they have 4 tellers available to help at the counters. But only 2 is helping while the other 3 stand talking. Would give it less than one star if possiable. Very slow and very poor customer service. Plan on spending atleast 45 minutes to deposit a check. If they can find your account. Don't expect or ask for a call back when leaving a message. It will not happen.
