Amazing employees and the appraisal skills are outstanding!
This company stood to make money off of me by selling me services I didn't need. And they DID NOT rip me off! Honest and helpful advice and patient staff, with phenomenal phone customer service. What more can be said? 5 stars, perfect, no notes.
Shows up 1 hour early and tell i do have appointment now, no confirmation by email and re confirmation and very bad attitude and behaviour towards customers.He is not even nice and just orgue for everything.

This gentleman was contacted by my mortgage company to appraise my property for a refinance. Per my wife, who dealt with him directly, he was very professional at our home. Then he apparently decided he didn’t want to appraise my property and for a week after coming to the property, he didn’t finish the appraisal. Then he refused to finish the appraisal, after a week of waiting, because he doesn’t know how to appraise a manufactured home with solar panels.
