Randy and his team were very helpful and professional while working on my electrical system upgrade but did have issues with other aspects of their service. Upgrade for the house was fine but had several problems with the upgrade to the barn. First of all, it took a month for them to get me a quote. Second, their plan/quote was more extensive than I was willing to do at this time and told them this when received the quote. Was told not a problem, would adjust when got out there to do the work.
