I’ve lived here about a month now and only have great things to say. I signed my lease THAT DAY and the staff made it smooth sailing to move in. Angelique is one of the front desk concierge and she immediately recognized me as the new tenant when I walked in. She proceeded to get us all set up with the elevator (no time slot needed, or time regulations) and made it so simple and stress free. Angelique makes the building. Most friendly and most helpful person I’ve met! The amenities are wonderful as well as the building but Angelique is the real difference between here and every other spot in Chicago
I lived at Avenir for a year and it was great. Close enough to all the things I needed but far enough away that I didn’t feel like I was in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. Angelique at the front desk was always super professional, helpful and thoughtful when engaging with me and other tenants, couldn’t have asked for a better person to have ensure we were all well taken care of as tenants.
Living at Avenir has been such a wonderful experience! The staff here is truly amazing all around. The maintenance team is always so friendly, quick, and efficient, and the community spaces are kept spotless. Everyone I’ve encountered has been kind and welcoming, but I especially want to highlight Ryne and Angelique; they go above and beyond every single time.
