Easily one of the best managed buildings I have lived in. Ryan, Caroline, and the rest of the staff are incredible. Had a wonderful experience here.
Ok this review is for THE LOFTS at Avenir, and for the people who live here. When I tell you that they do not CARE about us on this side of the building. They apparently made this new section of Avenir to completely disregard its residents at this side of the building even though we’re paying more. The INSULATION of the building ATROCIOUS. When I tell you that the noise and SOUNDS are absolutely shocking, you can hear everything from next door or upstairs. Original Review (08/2024) The staff here is truly incredible, and I felt very welcome immediately upon moving in. The amenities are top-notch, and the unit designs maximize space efficiently. My wife and I lived at Avenir for four years, and we truly enjoyed everything about the building — from the amenities to the outstanding staff. Ryne and Manny, in particular, were always willing to help in any situation, and management was consistently accommodating and quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I'm just going to echo what I'm seeing in other reviews. I've been living at Avenir for a year now, and choosing this place among all the many options in the area is the best decision I could have made. The building location is convenient, and the facilities are well maintained. But the true differentiation is the staff here. Everyone is so professional, friendly, and helpful. I really appreciate them. And I can't recommend Avenir highly enough!
