I needed a place to stay while my home was being repaired, and my company stepped in to set me up with a place through Avenida Suites. Sandra was amazing from start to finish! I had a very short timeline of needing to be vacated for repairs, and she was able to get me set up all in under just a few hours for the same night. Highly recommend them for temporary housing needs!

Absolutely disgusting. First step into the room and was smacked in the face with a STRONG smell of mold. I tried being optimistic because my husband tried to surprise me with a nice spot for us for the night. But as I sat there for about 20 minutes, I began to get a headache. I needed to stay in Atlanta for 6 months for work and my company booked me with Avenida Suites. The apartment complex was nice and Avenida really helped me with good customer service. I had some issues with the complex and Avenida was able to help me take care of everything. Shout out to Alexis who really advocated for me and was super friendly! Good service is rare, so please keep it up!
