Today I had a bit of a hiccup with this pharmacy but my worries were reassured. I was contacted and told of the misunderstanding between Google and their time schedule. The girls here are very professional. Very understanding and do everything they can to help.
I adore this pharmacy. I've been coming here for about 10 years now, and have only ever had wonderful experiences. Everyone has been so kind and helpful, and I've never had to wait long if I pop in to get a prescription filled. Getting flu shots and Covid boostershere has been a breeze which helps. Love this place and its people.
Customer Service is the best!!
I've only been here a couple times, but tonight I had rush situation that I needed education and an answer on. The ladies (forgive me I didn't get there names) were absolutely amazing. They were friendly patient and willing to answer all my questions. They also went over and above to contact somebody with further information on the situation. I really appreciate them. I highly recommend Avenida pharmacy specially if these two were working. Thanks again.
This I’d probably the best pharmacy in the area. I’ve been to a few in Lake Bonavista, Acadia, Willow Park and Canyon Meadows and this one is the best. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and respectful. It also doesn’t hurt it’s a compound pharmacy.
