Today I had a terrible experience at the pharmacy. The male associate working here was extremely rude and unprofessional. He made me wait for almost an hour with no explanation or apology. When I finally asked him about the delay, he was dismissive and had a terrible attitude. Completely unacceptable customer service. I have been coming here for years and have never been treated so poorly before.
I’ve been using this pharmacy for the last 10 years & it is still one of the best pharmacies I’ve been to, I went there when it was under a different management but even with new management the service is still remarkable & they are flexible too which is something we Indigenous People have trouble finding!
