i AM A 62 YR OLD given a lab REQUISITION for blood and urine samples along with a fit test kit. I was scolded and told to leave without samples for not fasting apparently. I was not told this by anyone and told I was required to understand the medical info form. I actually didn't eat for over 12 hours so that was ok according to my doctor. Gal that was rude said she didn,t care and asked me to kleave so I did. I can not have my physical done now. they kept all my paperwork and fit test. I always had a great experience at this clinic! I recently moved back to the UK and miss visiting with Dr Larry. Sometimes a little delayed, when you have your appt with him he takes great care to listen and communicate to understand the problem and actually has a wonderful consultative approach that you don’t see much these days. The staff were always friendly and I would recommend this clinic and Dr Larry if you don’t mind waiting to see him.
As fast as can be and efficient service. A bit of an assembly line atmosphere.
figure out your damn technical issues. their systems are very poorly managed. i can’t even get through to receptionist. oh well, glad i was not their patient
