The lady on the phone is rude and needs to be fires
It takes days for this place to process a package. Understanding it takes you a week to get a package sorted and sent out you need to restructure how you do things. Either lower the volume you take in or get more efficient. People shouldn't be waiting a week for you to process a package these days. I have gotten packages from London to Texas in 2 days before and you can't get one in and out of your facility in a week?
