In my 3 years of living in the Woodbridge area, I’ve had to call for EMS a few times. In all of the times I’ve contacted them, they’ve always taken 10 minutes or more to come even when the call was due to heart issues. Compassion was usually never there during the visits and it made me think of other EMS services around the country or just even the tri-state area. Please do better. People rely on you.
My husband was having a heart attack on July 20 2023. When the girl asked me where I wanted them to take my husband, I said Robert Wood New Brunswick that all his cardiologist were there. She said there was no time for new brunswick I was already in a panic so she decided JFK. I never wanted him there worst hospital ever. I get to JFK and he is not there.
