The young ladies who are caregivers are okay. The senior staff are defensive, dismissive and go do whatever it takes to cover their own. There is simply not enough staff to cover the residents. You can have three bedridden patients to one caregiver. And don't think reporting anything to Department of Health and Human services is going to work.
