Service has downgraded. Went for oil change and now I have a leak. I called twice and no accountability. Poor service. You request something and your car comes out with an issue. Strike two
We recently experienced a flat tire on the 5, had to pull over in Avenal. We could not replace the tire with our spare because the lug nuts were stripped. We called our normal road side service to get assistance, but they could not find anyone to help. Found Avenal Towing and Tires, and they were able to come out to where we were, they towed us to their shop, they had two of the tire sizes we needed, they replaced the tires, checked everything else on the car to make sure we were good to go with the rest of our journey.
