Would NOT recommend. Not reliable, very untrustworthy (lied to our face about breaking our septic, but we caught him on CCTV footage), difficult to keep in contact with and very deceptive. QBCC involved, AVOID Avena plumbing at all costs.
We have had Dan from Avena out to our house a number of times now. He does an amazing job and always manages to fit us in around his busy schedule. He has installed our gas stove, fixed our old leaky pipes and installed our new toilet. Each time his work has been excellent and his prices are very reasonable, he always cleans up after his work, I absolutely wont hesitate to call Dan for any future plumbing needs and I have no hesitation in recommending him for any plumbing job you may require.
Very polite and great Customer service . Dan came around and got the job done . We were without a toilet and he made sure when he left it was going again .. thank you Avena Plumbing . Would recommend to anyone needing work done 5 star service
I had the plumbing moved in my kitchen, and unfortunately was left disappointed. They were 2 hours late to the job, dry cut the concrete inside my house and a week later I am still cleaning concrete dust off the windows/pictures/furniture. The tradesman did not have the correct tools for the job and ended up putting 2 holes in my walls, and left a mess behind for me to clean up. ‘Assuming’ I would tile the floors straight away the channel was not filled in properly, creating a trip hazard for my kids.
