We have been here for almost 2 months now and absolutely love the apartment. We got lucky with the apartments being so new, we received a good deal in rates, view, and location. They started their resident events and those have been something my boyfriend and I look forward to going to. Elias and Yasmine are such a delight. They always greet us with the friendliest faces. No issues so far with our apartment or anything else regarding Avelyn. We have been so blessed with this place to call home.
Cierra did an amazing job showing me the property
We had a tour with Cierra today, looked at a 3 bedroom. She was very thorough and answered all of our questions. The property is gorgeous and atmosphere is quiet and serene.
I had a tour with Yazmin just the other day- she gave me all the ins and outs of the apartments I had 0 questions, and she was so sweet and friendly, the staff seem great! The complex is beautiful, super modern and the layouts are very spacious!
Cierra showed us around and was absolutely AMAZING. Her knowledge of the community was outstanding. She was able to answer all my questions while making us feel so invited. Typically, when I have toured communities in the past it feels very transactional, but she definitely me feel so at home. I am still a few months out from my move but I’m very happy knowing I have found my future home all thanks to Cierra 🤎
