My husband and I toured the property with Katelynn and LOVED everything the property has to offer! The pool is beautiful, and the apartments themselves had everything we could have wanted in a home. Katelynn showed us everything from the gym (which is fully equipped with anything you’d ever want or need!!) to the pool, the beer garden with grills, picnic tables, firepits, hammocks, cornhole, the conference center, there is so much they offer!! The staff was so friendly and helpful when I toured and the amenities are awesome!
No parking! Ever. Just got a ticket today for parking on prosperity way for $100 because the property I pay to park at has no parking available. Units are advertised to have Nest thermostats, which my unit absolutely doesn’t have. I’ve lived here for over 6 months and have been asking about it since I moved in and I get the same excuse “there’s nothing we can do.” So I’m paying for amenities my unit doesn’t have. Mold issues in unit. Loud AC No parking Property Management doesn’t get back to you with your concerns.
