My insurance company provided me with the business for crutches. Called to see if they had any in stock. The number is for a specialty pharmacy so they directed me to call another number. The lady on the second call couldn’t understand English and told me to call my insurance company because they only have medications.

Every time I needed a refill, I'd be on the phone on hold for 30 minutes, only to be told that they couldn't find me in their database (after years of being a customer). After multiple calls over the course of two weeks, I'd finally get my Rx. Of course by then, I'd be out of my medication for a week. I changed pharmacies.

Unfortunately, I have to call Avella almost everyday for work. I swear every single time I call, I know I'm gonna have a hard time getting ahold of someone which makes me dread having to call them. My work is very fast paced as well, so I don't have all the time in the world to wait on the phone for them to answer. So trying to get ahold of them is like an all day deal.
