Manager asked technician to cancel my appointment an hour into it due to no child policy but she failed to inform me when I explained I would be having my child with me. He was contained in the stroller and happy the whole time. Tech is friendly and would consider checking her service out if she has her own studio but will not give my business to this place. I had booked a first time sugaring with Kelley, and she was absolutely phenomenal. 1/10 on the pain scale for the service, no swelling or redness after the service was done. I have booked future sessions with her.

I am a pretty busy lady, so for me to take time to have lashes done it’s gotta be exceptional and that is the one word I would use to describe my Eyebrow and eyelash service from Avella beauty! Do yourself a favor and enjoy a great service in a clean, beautiful space…. With great background music too!
